Unfortunately, I had to remove the ball and I use the product without it, as no oil flowed through the ball. The oil itself is nice, pleasant, but I can't say that it moisturizes the lips well.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you encountered this problem. A small air bubble can form under the ball and since the oil is thicker, it has nowhere to escape. Then you need to turn the oil upside down and tap it hard on your hand, or shake the oil well to release the bubble. :)
