1. Delivery and shipping terms for delivery within Czech Republic
Important update for customers in the Czech Republic
It is no longer possible to place orders for delivery within the Czech Republic through the English version of our online store. For orders and delivery within the Czech Republic, please use the Czech version of the store.
This change has been implemented to simplify and streamline the delivery process for our customers.

2. Delivery and shipping terms for delivery abroad
! We deliver our goods also to customers from abroad, except for the India, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, United Arab Emirates, China, Russian Federation, Ukraine, Belarus, Great Britain, Turkey, Mexico and USA where we currently DO NOT DELIVER.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver the following products abroad by means of DHL logistics company: shaving foams, eau de toilette, hand sanitizers and sprays.

In the pre-Christmas season, the usual delivery time may be extended by 2-3 days.
Postage
The postage fee depends on the amount and weight of the goods and displays on your screen as soon as you choose the country of delivery.

The EU countries
ThePay – delivery by DHL
After submitting the order, the customer receives data necessary for paying the order and shipping costs by means of the ThePay payment gateway. Once payment has been made, the order is ready for dispatch.

After submitting the order, the customer receives data necessary for paying the order and shipping costs by means of the ThePay payment gateway. Once payment has been made, the order is ready for dispatch.

Countries outside the EU
ThePay – delivery by DHL
After submitting the order, the customer receives data necessary for paying the order and shipping costs by means of the ThePay payment gateway. Once payment has been made, the order is ready for dispatch and for arrangement of customs documents indispensable for dispatch outside the EU, and for subsequent dispatch.
Customs, VAT and taxes
- All orders are dispatched from the Czech Republic (EU).
- For orders shipped outside the EU, VAT is not charged. However, additional fees such as VAT, GST and customs may be collected by the carrier upon delivery, depending on the destination country's law.
- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- Customs procedure can cause delays in delivery time.
- Carrier may also charge a fee for customs processing. We do not refund customs duties or taxes.

Payment methods
Your order can be paid in the following ways:
ThePay Payment
The online payment is a simplified bank transfer. After submitting the order and pressing the button Payment, you will be redirected to the secure ThePay payment system where you authorize the payment. The payment is credited to the supplier´s bank account in several minutes.
The goods are dispatched the following working day after receipt of payment. No additional fees are paid when taking over the goods from the mail carrier.
What are the advantages of the ThePay payment system?
- quickness of the payment – compared to the bank transfer, which takes 1-3 days, ThePay payment is quick and the goods is dispatched within 1 working day after being ordered.
- When receiving the goods you do not need any cash.
Is payment by card secure?
- Your payment card data is entered into the secure web interface.
- None of our employees has access to your payment card data.
