Delivery within the Czech Republic: Orders for delivery within the Czech Republic cannot be placed through the English version of our store.
Please use the Czech version instead.
EU Countries – DHL or DPD
Postage calculated at checkout
Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days
Payment via the ThePay gateway (card / Google Pay) — once the payment is received, the order is dispatched.
During the pre-Christmas season, delivery may be extended by 2–3 days.
Countries Outside the EU – DHL

We deliver internationally, with the exception of:

Customs, VAT & taxes:
All orders are dispatched from the Czech Republic (EU). VAT is not charged for orders outside the EU, but local VAT, GST, customs duties, and carrier handling fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are non-refundable. For details, please contact your local customs office.
For maximum safety and to prevent damage during transport, it is not possible to ship the following items abroad by air (DHL):
