Exchanges and Returns

In the event of withdrawal (exchange / return of goods) within 14 days from the date of purchase, please, fill in this form.
Add the completed form to the package or send it to eshop@manufaktura.cz (depending on your options)

The goods must be unused or show no signs of use, be unopened, in original undamaged packaging.

Pack the products carefully and send them to our address: Manufaktura - Eshop, Nábřežní 4, 150 00 Praha 5.

We recommend using the services of ZÁSILKOVNA as a simple and quick way of returning your package.

As soon as we receive your package, we will check it and pay back your money not later than within 30 days. You will be informed about that by means of email.
