How to use it?
Pour boiling water over the tea in the ratio of 100 ml to 1 teaspoon; if you infuse the tea in a teapot, then add an extra teaspoon per teapot. Allow to infuse for 8-10 minutes. Then strain.
Composition
Lime blossom 34.9%, lemon balm 21.9%, chamomile blossom, mint leaf, hops blossom 6.2%, lavender 4.9%, liquorice root. Contains liquorice - persons with high blood pressure should avoid excessive consumption.
