How to use it?
Body:
Never apply undiluted essential oil to your body. General dilution:
- 5-6 drops (1%) per 30ml of carrier oil – for children, pregnant women, seniors, sensitive people
- 10-12 drops (2 %) – daily care
- 15-18 drops (3%) – acute condition (cold, pain, etc.)
Bath:
For skin hydration and aromatherapy effect, mix 10ml of plant oil, 100g of salt and 4-5 drops of essential oil and add it to bath.
For classic relaxation bath, blend 4 -10 drops (according to the bathtub) in the carrier oil (e.g. in a tablespoon of plant oil) and pour it into bath.
Aroma lamp / diffuser:
Add 5-10 drops to 100ml of water. Use it for 30-60 minutes, then switch it off for the same time. Note: Avoid overheating water in the aroma lamp.
Inhalation stick:
Apply 5-10 drops to the pad inside the stick. Place it close to your nose (5-10cm) and inhale deeply. Change the plastic stick every three weeks.
