Good Morning Syrup contains neither beet sugar nor artificial sweeteners.
It is recommended to take it in the morning or when feeling tired. The syrup takes effect 5 minutes after consumption and particular ingredients work for up to four hours. The syrup may be diluted in water or tea, the best ratio is 1:7. The recommended daily dose is 40 ml = 4 tablespoons. Registered as a food supplement..

I was surprised, but it really works for me. I use it instead of coffee, I don't like it that much on its own, I put it in water or tea, so it has a more subtle herbal taste. It starts working relatively quickly (within a few minutes) and it lasts longer than coffee
