How to use it?
Pour boiling water over the tea in the ratio of 250ml to 2 teaspoons; if you infuse the tea in a teapot, then add an extra teaspoon per teapot. Allow to infuse for 5-8 minutes. Then strain.

Excellent fruit tea :) We usually make it in a glass French press. I really like the contrast between the light daisy flowers that float below the surface and the rosehips, apples and blackberries that lie on the bottom. Together, they make a delicate, delicious taste.
