Recipe tips:
GINGER LEMONADE: Pour chilled sparkling water over syrup (ideally 1:10), add ice, slices of organic lemon and decorate it with leaves of fresh mint.
DELICIOUS WARMING CUP: Pour syrup at the bottom of your favourite mug (ideally 1:8), add cloves, a slice of organic lemon and apple cubes. Pour hot water (80°C) or black tea over it and enjoy every warming gulp. Our tip! Add 5cl of rum or gin and warm up even more.

It's delicious! We prepare it as lemonade, but also to flavor tea or iced tea. A guest asked for lemonade, and they liked it. We combined it with only citrus slices, a rosemary sprig, and ice.
