How to use it?         

Apply the natural essential oil to the pulse points, e. g. on the neck, temple or wrist, by means of roll-on and rub it gently. With regard to natural composition based on essential oils (some of which may increase photo sensibility) we recommend avoiding application before direct contact with the sun.
