Dead Sea salt is very well known for its exceptional regenerating and anti-stress effects on body and skin. Besides the basic and the most abundant minerals, such as magnesium, calcium, bromine and potassium, it contains other 22 precious minerals and trace elements, thanks to which the salt has a beneficial effect on the whole body. Bath in Dead Sea salt naturally cleanses and regenerates the skin and stimulates its blood flow. It removes undesirable substances and dead cells. Dead Sea salt is suitable for patients suffering from psoriasis, eczema and acne. It has a positive effect on rheumatic and joint aches and improves mobility of painful places. Besides bath the salt can be used also for face washes (great for acne), regenerating hair packs or inhalation (for colds). In combination with vegetable oil the salt can be rubbed into nails (to prevent brittle nails), applied to feet (to remove callus) or to buttocks and thighs (cellulite prevention/reduction).
Treat yourself to 15-20 minutes only with yourself, run a bath at 37 - 38 °C temperature, get hugged by beneficial bath. The salt cone weighs 300 g. Recommended dosage: 1 bath = 100 g.
I recommend all ten! It has a really versatile use, apart from urinating sore legs, the old man used to soak his hands in water with this salt and it helps him with joint pain. Once in a while, I get into the habit of washing my face with water and this salt, and I feel that it heals my skin nicely from acne.
Odporúčam všetkými desiatimi! Má naozaj mnohostranné využitie, okrem vymočenia boľavých nôh, si vo vode s touto soľou zvykne starký namáčať ruky a pomáha mu to na bolesti kĺbov. Ja si raz od času zvyknem vodou s touto soľou umyť tvár a mám pocit, že mi to pekne zahojí pokožku od akné.
