How to use it?
For preparation of refreshing lemonades dilute it 1:10, for reaching intense taste and for hot beverages ideally 1:8. Use the same proportion for sweetening tea. For flavouring desserts use it undiluted.
Try our tips for preparation of delicious drinks:
Home-Made Rowan Lemonade
Pour chilled sparkling water over fruit syrup (ideally 1:10), add ice and slices of lemon and apple. Perfect refreshing lemonade sees the light of day!
Hot Rowan
Pour syrup at the bottom of your favourite mug (ideally 1:8), add cinnamon, cubes of apple and a slice of organic lemon. Pour hot water (80°C) or hot black tea over it and enjoy every warming gulp.
Our tip! Add 5cl of rum or gin and warm up even more.

All the syrups I've tried are very good, but this one is a gem. Excellent for autumn and winter. I now add it to cottage cheese and it is absolutely TOP on pancakes.

Thick and wonderful syrup. I buy your syrups regularly, they have no competition! They are thick, you only need a few of them and they are also nice as a gift. I usually use them in water, in summer mineral water or in warm teas. I am definitely going to prepare a hot drink for the syrup tags according to the recipe.

I have already started the second package. I prefer warm water, it warms me, smelling cinnamon and cloves. I also add lemon, it nicely balances the sweet taste. I also saw a recipe for tartlets with it, but I'm also tempted by a homemade punch recipe.
