Every year we are actively involved in projects that improve the world – whether for a long time, or as an immediate reaction to emergency situations.
The year 2024 was another example of the power of human connection for a good cause.
Our long-term support and joy
We join forces with inspirational people and organizations that give hope, energy and real changes where they are most needed. We approach our aim with every project we believe in to create a world where mutual help is a matter of course.
Tomáš Slavata
Tomáš Slavata, award-winning triathlete and philanthropist, has devoted himself to help children from children's homes and disadvantaged families. His projects motivate young people, encourage them to play sports and help cope with life's challenges.
His most famous activity is the Triathlete Tour, which has been connecting children from different backgrounds and building friendships and cooperation since 2011. These competitions link up kids from children's homes and those from common families, naturally develop bonds and engender cooperation.
Every year Tomáš Slavata holds and participates in the production of more than 70 further children's events that not only support young sportsmen but help them face life´s challenges.
Besides other things Tomáš holds a Journey to the Baltic Sea, where kids from children's homes push their own boundaries and bike to the Baltic Sea in five days. During this journey he launches a collection for nursing homes in close proximity to show that the children do not need only rescue but that they can help regardless of their destiny.
Last year Tomáš and we immediately acted and helped children´s homes affected by floods and tackled the most important things directly in the field. Other children's homes were involved in this help too - they arrived to help move out damage.
We are proud to support his effort to show children that any adversity can be overcome.

Via Foundation

Examples of supported projects of Via Foundation
Sauning in nature as meeting place
The ŘEDIDLO association is planning to build a mobile sauna by reconstructing a circus caravan in the forests of Řečice by using local wood and environmentally-friendly materials. The sauna will be a communal space intended for relaxation and get-together, mainly in winter. Out of season it can be used as an exhibition area for local artists or a room for drying fruit and herbs. The project reacts to the lack of meeting places and strengthens community bonds.
Revitalization of garden and playground in housing estate
The Mojská community centre in Český Těšín restored a garden and a playground in Slezská street. Forty volunteers of all ages were involved in the project, i.e. they painted benches, weeded flower beds, spread mulch and redesigned ornamental surfaces. The result is a revitalized area that received more than 100 competitors on Children's Day and which provides a pleasant space for local get-together.
Modřinka association: community orchard and revitalization of water reservoir
The Modřinka association revives a neglected place in Třebíň by plantation of old varieties of apple, revitalization of a water reservoir and creation of a space for community meetings. The project strengthens relationships between local people, promotes a sustainable lifestyle and contributes to environmental protection.

Support of charity projects of our employees
Our employees are actively involved in charity, cultural, sports and ecological projects, including activities focused on animal welfare. We are happy to support their initiatives that help improve the life of communities as well as care for nature and animals.
In 2024 we supported 11 projects of our employees in the Czech and Slovak Republic. They include these beautiful projects:
Alfa Human Service, z.s.
Organization which supports and cares for children with disabilities or special educational needs, chronically ill or senior family members for a long time.
KK Brandýs nad Labem
Sports team preparing young sportsmen for white water canoeing.
Tlapky na cestě z.s.
The Tlapky na cestě civic association is not a common shelter taking care of stray animals. It helps dogs and cats in need.
SPOSA Kysuce
Slovak organization supporting families that care for children and adults with autism and trying to raise awareness about this diagnosis in society.
Sunny Days – záchranná stanice z.s.
Rescue station focused on helping exotic parrots. In February 2024, twenty tortured parrots were received in the shelter.
Leaping Bunny - Cruelty Free International
We are proud of our long-term support of ethical principles in the cosmetic industry. By means of a significant part of our turnover we grant support to the activities of the Cruelty Free International organization insisting on elimination of testing cosmetic products (including the individual cosmetic ingredients) on animals.
We believe that kindness and consideration for living creatures is the basis of a true sustainable world.
