Product description
Proper thick syrup from the Jizerské hory is made according to an old traditional home recipe from fresh organic black elderberry flowers in the cold maceration process. The syrup is perfect for preparation of home-made soft drinks and for flavouring hot and cold drinks and cocktails. It tastes great hot in cold winter months - just pour hot water on elderflowers and relish their unique taste and scent. All our syrups contain no artificial sweeteners and are dye-free.
Instructions
The syrup can be diluted with water in 1:10.
Our recipe
ELDERFLOWER LEMONADE: Pour the elderflower syrup with cold sparkling water and serve with a slice of lemon, or decorate the sweet balm leaves.
HUGO SPRITZ (alcoholic): 0.1cl of elderflower syrup, Prosecco, soda, organic lemon juice and slices, fresh mint/lemon balm for decoration
Recipe: Put fresh herbs, organic lemon juice and slices into a tall glass, add elderflower syrup and soda. Stir it and pour over Prosecco.

sugar, aqueous elderflower macerate* (Sambucus nigra L., 10%), elderflower extract, vitamin C (20 mg in 100 ml syrup is 25% RHP), acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate (RHP = reference intake value), *from organic farming

excellent, both cold and for example in a glass of Prosecco :-) But also great as a hot drink or in tea. It could just be a bigger package.
