Rowan berry syrup is a unique ingredient that perfectly connects sweet and slightly tart taste, which is typical of the autumn season.
Syrup from black and red rowan berries is a great base for preparation of refreshing hot and cold drinks, but its sweet-bitter taste is perfect also for sweet meals, which will pleasantly refresh you.
Do not be afraid to experiment and discover new possibilities how include rowan berry syrup in your favourite meals and drinks. This natural miracle full of vitamin C brings a unique taste experience.

Mix the ingredients and make a firm dough. Put the dough into the moulds and bake it at 180 degrees for ca 25 minutes. After cooling, mix cream and sweeten with syrup.
Fill the tartalettes with the cream and embellish with fruit.
