This year we decided to let this lovely red fruit shine in the autumn limited edition and on 1^st September we launched 5 products with beneficial effects on body and soul. Will you fall in love in them as well as we did?

What was the main idea and inspiration to create the Rowan Berry collection?

We always search for suitable seasonal, local, traditional and natural topics for our limited editions. My colleagues and I had the idea of the rowan berry for a long time. The beauty of its bright red fruits in autumn always touches me.

Which qualities of the rowan berry convinced you that it is suitable for cosmetic purposes?

Our great-grandmothers exploited beneficial effects of the rowan berry. Its extract has soothing, regenerating, hydrating and brightening effects, which the skin appreciates.

How would you describe the fragrance accompanying the whole collection?

The rowan berry allowed us to apply a slightly fanciful approach. I would describe it as sparkling, fresh, provocatively astringent but also pleasantly fruity.

Why does the limited edition include a toning lip balm for the first time?

We already have a lip balm with natural pigment that naturally tints lips and provides them with juiciness in the Wine collection and it works great. 

What inspired us to include it in this limited edition is that women used to embellish their lips with mashed rowan berries in the past. We are looking forward to the reactions of our customers.

Who is responsible for design of the whole collection?

Design was created in the traditional “tandem“ – nice Diana Delevová drew the original botanical watercolour motives and Pavel Winter, our key graphic designer, cooperated on packaging design.

Which product from the Rowan Berry limited edition is your most favourite?

It is a difficult question. From this collection I really love all of them. However, in recent years I have enjoyed mainly eau de toilettes and lip balms.
